अवध्यं संगरे पूर्वैः सर्वैदेवैः सवासवैः । स तथेति प्रतिज्ञाय जगामादर्शनं हरः
avadhyaṃ saṃgare pūrvaiḥ sarvaidevaiḥ savāsavaiḥ | sa tatheti pratijñāya jagāmādarśanaṃ haraḥ
(Sie erbat einen Sohn,) der im Kampf von allen Göttern der Vorzeit, selbst mit Vāsava (Indra), nicht getötet werden könne. Hara stimmte zu, gelobte: „So sei es“, und entschwand darauf dem Blick.
