शंख उवाच । यदि तुष्टोऽसि मे देव यदि देयो वरो मम । जायेतां तादृशौ हस्तौ यादृशो मे पुरा स्थितौ
śaṃkha uvāca | yadi tuṣṭo'si me deva yadi deyo varo mama | jāyetāṃ tādṛśau hastau yādṛśo me purā sthitau
Śaṅkha sprach: „Wenn du mit mir zufrieden bist, o Herr, und wenn mir ein Segen gewährt werden soll, dann mögen meine beiden Hände wieder so werden, wie sie einst waren.“
