तच्छ्रुत्वा यदि भूपाल ईर्ष्या लोभसमन्वितः । भविष्यति ततोऽहं तं धारयिष्यामि सत्पथे

Transliteration

tacchrutvā yadi bhūpāla īrṣyā lobhasamanvitaḥ | bhaviṣyati tato'haṃ taṃ dhārayiṣyāmi satpathe

Translation

„Wenn der König, nachdem er es vernommen hat, von Neid und Gier ergriffen wird, dann werde ich ihn zügeln und ihn auf dem rechten Pfad des Dharma bewahren.“
