पश्चाच्छक्तिं समभ्येति यावन्निश्वसितं भवेत् । निश्वासोच्छ्वसितानां च सर्वेषामेव देहिनाम्
paścācchaktiṃ samabhyeti yāvanniśvasitaṃ bhavet | niśvāsocchvasitānāṃ ca sarveṣāmeva dehinām
