Transliteration

tatastatsnānavelāyāṃ kṣeptavyaṃ salile tvayā | yena lokaḥ samasto'yaṃ vetti kālaṃ tu snānajam

Translation

Dann, genau zur Zeit dieses Bades, sollst du es ins Wasser werfen, damit all diese Menschen die rechte Zeit für das Badeopfer erkennen.
