कारणात्तव राजेंद्र निशामेतां वनस्पतौ । नेष्यामोऽन्यत्र यास्यामः प्रभा तेऽन्यत्र कानने

Transliteration

kāraṇāttava rājeṃdra niśāmetāṃ vanaspatau | neṣyāmo'nyatra yāsyāmaḥ prabhā te'nyatra kānane

Translation

Doch um deinetwillen, o König der Könige, werden wir diese Nacht hier beim Baum verbringen. Bei Tagesanbruch gehen wir anderswohin, und dein Glanz wird in einem anderen Wald erstrahlen.
