Transliteration

madhyāhnasamaye prāpte vṛṣasthe ca divākare | kṣutpipāsāpariśrāṃto viśvāmitro dvijottamāḥ

Translation

Als die Mittagszeit kam und die Sonne im Zeichen Vṛṣabha (Stier) stand, wurde Viśvāmitra—von Hunger und Durst erschöpft—kraftlos, o Bester der Zweimalgeborenen.
