वंचयित्वा तु पितरं गृहीतास्मि ततः परम् । न किंचित्पाप्मना दत्तं जल्पयित्वा धनं बहु
vaṃcayitvā tu pitaraṃ gṛhītāsmi tataḥ param | na kiṃcitpāpmanā dattaṃ jalpayitvā dhanaṃ bahu
Nachdem ich meinen Vater betrogen hatte, wurde ich danach fortgeführt. Und obgleich man mit Worten großen Reichtum versprach, wurde in Wahrheit nichts gegeben, denn es war von Sünde befleckt.
