ko'pi rājaprasādānna kiṃcidbrūte'sya sammukham | tasmāduttiṣṭha gacchāmo dāsyāmaste'śanaṃ vayam
„Wegen seiner königlichen Protektion sagt ihm niemand etwas ins Gesicht. Darum steh auf—lass uns gehen; wir werden dir Speise geben.“
Janāḥ (the people)
Tirtha: Hāṭakeśvara-kṣetra (contextual frame)
Type: kshetra
Scene: People, unable to speak against a royally protected wrongdoer, turn toward the wronged brāhmaṇa with concern, urging him to come and accept food offered in goodwill.
When direct justice is obstructed by power, dharma still expresses itself through compassion, support, and right conduct toward the afflicted.
The episode is embedded in Hāṭakeśvara-kṣetra / Puṣpāditya Māhātmya (Nāgarakhaṇḍa).
Offering food (anna-dāna / hospitality) is implied as a righteous response.
