Type: kshetra
Scene: Śukra, radiant with success, approaches Andhaka and proclaims Kelīśvarī Devī’s accomplished power; the scene contrasts the calm certainty of spiritual attainment with the tension of impending battle decisions.
Divine power is impartial to sincere approach; the same Goddess who blesses Śiva’s sphere also grants aid to devotees who seek refuge properly.
Kelīśvarī Devī’s sacred locale within the Nāgara Khaṇḍa Tīrthamāhātmya is implied as the seat of her ‘siddhi’ (proven power).
No explicit rite is given; the verse functions as testimony (māhātmya) encouraging worship and reliance on the Goddess.
