Transliteration

ityuktvā rājapatnīṃ tāṃ yayau prācīṃ diśaṃ hariḥ | vanaṃ pretapiśācāḍhyaṃ maṃdagatyā narādhipa

Translation

Nachdem Hari so zur Gemahlin des Königs gesprochen hatte, ging er nach Osten; langsam, o Herr der Menschen, betrat er einen Wald, der von Pretas und Piśācas wimmelte.
