कात्यायनी समागम्य ततः पप्रच्छ सादरम् । वद कल्याणि मे कंचिदुपदेशं महोदयम्
kātyāyanī samāgamya tataḥ papraccha sādaram | vada kalyāṇi me kaṃcidupadeśaṃ mahodayam
Darauf tratete Kātyāyanī heran und fragte ehrerbietig: „O glückverheißende Frau, sage mir eine Unterweisung, die großen Aufstieg gewährt.“
