The sages (Munis)
Tirtha: Mukhārā-tīrtha (contextual)
Type: kshetra
Listener: The addressed brāhmaṇa (later famed as Vālmīki in v.124.85)

Compassionate action and the blessings of realized sages together mature into supreme spiritual success.
This statement forms part of the Māhātmya that anchors the sanctity of the local tīrtha later named Mukhārā.
No explicit ritual; it highlights the fruit (saṃsiddhi) arising from dharmic conduct and sages’ grace.
