Transliteration

adyaiva vipraśārdūla caitraśuklāṃta uttamaḥ | aparāhṇe niśānāthaścitrāyogaṃ prayāsyati

Translation

Wahrlich schon heute, o Tiger unter den Brāhmaṇas! Am vortrefflichen Ende der lichten Monatshälfte des Caitra wird am Nachmittag der Herr der Nacht (der Mond) in die Citrā-Verbindung (Citrā-yoga) eintreten.
