Transliteration

nakṣatrāṇāṃ yathā caṃdraḥ pradīptānāṃ divākaraḥ | tathā tvaṃ sarvadevānāmādhipatye vyavasthitaḥ

Translation

Wie der Mond unter den Sternen der Vornehmste ist und wie die Sonne unter den leuchtenden Lichtern, so bist Du in der Herrschaft über alle Götter fest gegründet.
