एतादृशं मया दृष्टं न दृष्टं तद्विनाक्वचित् । ब्रह्मणो हि वचः श्रुत्वा सुरा विस्मयमाययुः

etādṛśaṃ mayā dṛṣṭaṃ na dṛṣṭaṃ tadvinākvacit | brahmaṇo hi vacaḥ śrutvā surā vismayamāyayuḥ

„Ein solches Bild habe ich gesehen—nirgends sonst habe ich je etwas Gleiches erblickt.“ Als sie Brahmās Worte hörten, gerieten die Götter in Staunen.
