Skanda Purana — Mahesvara Khanda, Shloka 31

पंक्तीभूताश्च बुभुर्लिंगिना श्रृंगिणा सह । केचिद्गणाः पृथग्भूता नानाहास्यरसैर्विभुम्

Transliteration

paṃktībhūtāśca bubhurliṃginā śrṛṃgiṇā saha | kecidgaṇāḥ pṛthagbhūtā nānāhāsyarasairvibhum

Translation

Und in Reihen geordnet speisten sie gemeinsam mit dem liṅgin, dem linga-tragenden Asketen, und mit dem Gehörnten (śṛṅgin); während einige gaṇas, in Gruppen getrennt, den Herrn mit mancherlei heiteren Späßen ergötzten.
