संपर्केण च दग्धोऽसि नान्यथा मम भाषितम् । तदोवाच महातेजाः शंबरः प्रहसन्निव

saṃparkeṇa ca dagdho'si nānyathā mama bhāṣitam | tadovāca mahātejāḥ śaṃbaraḥ prahasanniva

„Durch die Berührung wirst du verbrannt; meine Worte werden nicht anders sein.“ Da erwiderte der strahlende Śaṃbara, als ob er lachte.
