Scene: A pure, disciplined devotee listens daily; a symbolic ascent is shown: crossing the solar orb and moving toward a radiant Vaikuṇṭha/Viṣṇu-pada, while sins fall away as dark fragments.
Regular devotional listening, combined with purity and discipline, is portrayed as a direct path to liberation.
The benefits are tied to the Koṭitīrtha māhātmya being recited in this chapter.
Nitya-śravaṇa—hearing the sacred māhātmya daily, while remaining śuci (pure) and niyata (disciplined).
