पूर्वजन्मोद्भवः कायस्यस्या यत्रापतत्तथा । गमनाय तमुद्देशं विज्ञप्तौ पितरौ तया

pūrvajanmodbhavaḥ kāyasyasyā yatrāpatattathā | gamanāya tamuddeśaṃ vijñaptau pitarau tayā
