Transliteration

paṃcāśacca sahasrāṇi saptadvīpāḥ sasāgarāḥ | daśottarāṇi paṃcaiva aṃgulānāṃ śatāni ca

Translation

Die sieben Kontinente samt ihren Ozeanen ergeben fünfzigtausend (an Maß). Und in feinerer Berechnung gibt es zudem fünfhundert aṅgulas, dazu noch zehn.
