Skanda Purana — Mahesvara Khanda, Shloka 63

अनेनैव विधानेन कृतेन तु द्विजोत्तमैः । आगर्भितास्तदा मेघा वर्षते नात्र संशयः

anenaiva vidhānena kṛtena tu dvijottamaiḥ | āgarbhitāstadā meghā varṣate nātra saṃśayaḥ

Wenn dieses gleiche Ritual von den vorzüglichsten Brahmanen ordnungsgemäß vollzogen wird, dann werden die Wolken vom Regen schwer und es regnet gewiss — daran besteht kein Zweifel.
