कुजंभो विष्णुना चैव तावत्य क्षौहिणीवृतः । अन्ये च त्रिदशाः सव मरुतश्च महाबलाः
kujaṃbho viṣṇunā caiva tāvatya kṣauhiṇīvṛtaḥ | anye ca tridaśāḥ sava marutaśca mahābalāḥ
Kujambha, ebenso von solchen Heeren umringt, stellte sich Viṣṇu entgegen. Und auch alle übrigen Götter—zusammen mit den mächtigen Maruts—stürzten sich in den Kampf.
