सतां लक्षणमेतद्धि यद्दृष्ट्वा दुःखितं जनम् । शतसंख्य तस्य भवेत्तथाहं विललाप ह

satāṃ lakṣaṇametaddhi yaddṛṣṭvā duḥkhitaṃ janam | śatasaṃkhya tasya bhavettathāhaṃ vilalāpa ha

Dies ist wahrlich das Kennzeichen der Guten: Wenn sie einen Leidenden sehen, vervielfacht sich ihr eigener Schmerz. So klagte auch ich.
