तमागत्याब्रवीद्ब्रह्मा तपसा परितोषितः । ब्रूहि किं वासुरश्रेष्ठ तपसा प्राप्तुमिच्छसि
tamāgatyābravīdbrahmā tapasā paritoṣitaḥ | brūhi kiṃ vāsuraśreṣṭha tapasā prāptumicchasi
Von seiner Askese erfreut, kam Brahmā zu ihm und sprach: „Sprich, o Bester unter den Asuras: Was begehrst du durch dieses Tapas zu erlangen?“
