Transliteration

gatiṃ na vividuścāpi śrāṃtā daityāśca devatāḥ | daityāstrabhinnasarvāṃgā gāvaḥ śītārditā iva

Translation

Keine Seite erkannte einen Weg nach vorn; sowohl die Daityas als auch die Götter waren erschöpft. Von Daitya-Waffen am ganzen Leib zerrissen, zitterten sie wie Rinder, vom Frost gepeinigt.
