Narrator (Skanda-to-Agastya frame implied for Kāśī-khaṇḍa; verse reports Dakṣa’s resolve)
Scene: Dakṣa sits in contemplation, surrounded by ritual texts and sacrificial implements, repeatedly turning the thought of ‘mana-hani’ over in his mind; the scene emphasizes inner resolve rather than outward action.
Fixation on ‘honor’ and humiliation fuels adharma; true greatness is steadiness and respect for the divine.
No site is directly praised in this verse; the Kāśī-khaṇḍa uses such narratives to reinforce devotion and dharma.
None; it is narrative description of intent and deliberation.
