विभूत्याहरहः स्नाति त्रिकालं लिंगमर्चयन् । नांतरं स विजानाति शिवलिंगे गुरौ तथा
vibhūtyāharahaḥ snāti trikālaṃ liṃgamarcayan | nāṃtaraṃ sa vijānāti śivaliṃge gurau tathā
Tag für Tag badete er, legte heilige Asche (vibhūti) an und verehrte den Liṅga zu den drei Tageszeiten. Er erkannte keinen Unterschied zwischen dem Śiva-Liṅga und seinem Guru.
