Transliteration

rāgabījasamudbhūtaḥ saṃsāraviṭapo mahān | dīrghasvāpa kuṭhāreṇa cchinnaḥ kāśyāṃ na vardhate

Translation

Der große Baum des Saṃsāra, entsprossen aus dem Samen der Anhaftung (rāga), wächst in Kāśī nicht mehr, wenn er mit der Axt des langen geistigen Schlafes gefällt ist.
