अगस्तिरुवाच । मातर्नमामि कमले कमलायताक्षि श्रीविष्णुहृत्कमलवासिनि विश्वमातः । क्षीरोदजे कमलकोमलगर्भ गौरि लक्ष्मि प्रसीद सततं नमतां शरण्ये
agastiruvāca | mātarnamāmi kamale kamalāyatākṣi śrīviṣṇuhṛtkamalavāsini viśvamātaḥ | kṣīrodaje kamalakomalagarbha gauri lakṣmi prasīda satataṃ namatāṃ śaraṇye
Agastya sprach: O Mutter, ich verneige mich vor dir, o Lotosgeborene, lotosäugige Herrin; du, die im Lotos des Herzens von Śrī Viṣṇu weilst, Mutter des Alls. O Lakṣmī, aus dem Milchozean hervorgegangen, strahlende Gaurī, deren Schoß zart ist wie ein Lotos — sei stets gnädig, Zuflucht derer, die sich vor dir beugen.
