Transliteration

uttarārkasya devasya puṣye māsi raverdine | kāryā sā vatsarīyātrā na taiḥ kāśīphalepsubhiḥ

Translation

„Für die Gottheit Uttarārka soll im Monat Puṣya, an einem Sonntag, jene jährliche Pilgerfahrt vollzogen werden von denen, die die volle Frucht von Kāśī begehren.“
