धान्यत्यागे च तद्धान्यमथवा शालयः स्मृताः । धेनूर्दद्यात्प्रयत्नेन सालंकाराः सकांचनाः
dhānyatyāge ca taddhānyamathavā śālayaḥ smṛtāḥ | dhenūrdadyātprayatnena sālaṃkārāḥ sakāṃcanāḥ
Wenn man auf Getreide verzichtet, soll man eben dieses Getreide spenden; oder, wie überliefert, śāli-Reis darbringen. Man soll auch mit Eifer eine Kuh schenken, geschmückt und von Gold begleitet, als erhabene Gabe.
