नाभिवाद्या गुरोः पत्नी स्पृष्ट्वांघ्री युवती सती । क्वापि विंशतिवर्षेण ज्ञातृणा गुणदोषयोः
nābhivādyā guroḥ patnī spṛṣṭvāṃghrī yuvatī satī | kvāpi viṃśativarṣeṇa jñātṛṇā guṇadoṣayoḥ
Die Gattin des Guru—obwohl tugendhaft und jung—soll nicht vertraulich angesprochen werden. Nachdem man ehrerbietig ihre Füße berührt hat, soll man wachsam bleiben; denn erst mit der Zeit—selbst in zwanzig Jahren—erkennen Verwandte wirklich Vorzüge und Fehler.
