Transliteration

citraguptādayaḥ sarve kālaṃ jānaṃti sūryataḥ | sthitisargavisargāṇāṃ kāraṇaṃ kevalaṃ raviḥ

Translation

Citragupta und alle anderen erkennen die Zeit am Lauf der Sonne. Für Erhaltung, Schöpfung und Auflösung ist allein Ravi, die Sonne, der ursächliche Grund.
