Type: kshetra
Scene: Śiva as Nīlakaṇṭha with a blue throat, holding the poison contained; a suffering devotee scorched by ‘saṃsāra-fire’ kneels; cooling moonlight and Gaṅgā motif soothe; Setu sea in distance.
Śiva alone cools the burning of saṃsāra and can dissolve even the heaviest karmic burdens when one takes refuge.
Setu/Rāmeśvara setting, where Rāma’s prayer frames the tīrtha as a place of purification and relief from saṃsāra.
No explicit ritual; the verse implies confession and surrender through prayer as a means toward purification.
