ज्ञात्वा तु पुत्रवृत्तांतं नन्दस्तस्य पिता तदा । पुत्रमादाय तरसा जैमिनेरन्तिकं ययौ । तस्मै निवेदयामास पुत्रवृत्तान्तमादितः
jñātvā tu putravṛttāṃtaṃ nandastasya pitā tadā | putramādāya tarasā jaiminerantikaṃ yayau | tasmai nivedayāmāsa putravṛttāntamāditaḥ
Als Nanda, der Vater, den Bericht über seinen Sohn erfahren hatte, nahm er den Knaben eilends zu sich und begab sich in Jaiminis Gegenwart. Ihm trug er von Anfang an die ganze Begebenheit seines Sohnes vor.
