कुरु सेतुं समुद्रे त्वं शक्तो ह्यसि महामते । तदाऽब्रवीन्नलो वाक्यं रामं धर्मभृतां वरम्
kuru setuṃ samudre tvaṃ śakto hyasi mahāmate | tadā'bravīnnalo vākyaṃ rāmaṃ dharmabhṛtāṃ varam
„Baue eine Brücke über das Meer — du bist dazu wahrlich fähig, o Großgesinnter.“ Darauf sprach Nala diese Worte zu Rāma, dem Vorzüglichsten unter den Wahrern des Dharma.
