Transliteration

āpohiṣṭheti tisṛbhirmārjanaṃ tu tataścaret | bhūmau śirasi cākāśa ākāśe bhuvi mastake

Translation

Dann soll man das Mārjana, die reinigende Besprengung, mit den drei Versen vollziehen, die mit «Āpo hi ṣṭhā…» beginnen. (Der Ritus geschieht nach der überlieferten Anordnung von „Erde“ und „Himmel“ an ihren jeweiligen Stellen.)
