Transliteration

namo nityāya saumyāya mṛḍāya haraye namaḥ | ātapāya namastubhyaṃ namaḥ śītakarāya ca

Translation

Huldigung dem Ewigen, dem Sanften und Gütigen, dem Gnädigen; Huldigung Hara. Verehrung Dir als Hitze und Strahlenglanz; und Verehrung auch Dir als dem Spender der Kühle.
