Transliteration

prāpto yuddhāya dvādaśyāṃ yāvatkṛṣṇāṃ caturdaśīm | aṣṭādaśadine rāmo rāvaṇaṃ dvairathe'vadhīt

Translation

Er trat vom zwölften Tag an bis zum vierzehnten der dunklen Monatshälfte in den Kampf. Am achtzehnten Tag erschlug Rāma Rāvaṇa im Wagenzweikampf.
