Transliteration

sūryatāpamanicchatī tejasastasya bibhyatī | tapaścacāra tatrāpi vaḍavārūpadhāriṇī

Translation

Da sie die sengende Glut der Sonne nicht ertragen wollte und ihr strahlendes Feuer fürchtete, übte sie auch dort Tapas, indem sie die Gestalt einer Stute annahm.
