„Während du an meiner Tür stehst, soll niemand ein Hindernis bereiten.“ So von der Großen Göttin unterwiesen, stand er bewaffnet im Türrahmen.
Narrator (with direct quoted instruction from Pārvatī/Mahādevī)
Type: ghat
Scene: Armed guardian stands firmly at Pārvatī’s doorway, vigilant; the command ‘let none create obstruction’ hangs in the air like a protective mantra; the scene is poised before impending confrontation in extended narratives.
Dharma includes removing obstacles to sacred observances; guarding a rite from disturbance is itself meritorious service.
No particular tīrtha is identified in this verse; it is a mythic episode within the Dharmāraṇya section.
The instruction is to prevent vighna (hindrance) during snāna by maintaining a guarded threshold.
