Narrator (Purāṇic narrator; unspecified in snippet)
Tirtha: Dharmāraṇya (about to be explained)
Type: kshetra
Scene: Nārada, brows raised in wonder, turns toward the joyous figure bearing Yamarāja’s form; the moment freezes at the cusp of a profound question about why ‘Hari’ is joyful in such a guise.
Holy inquiry (praśna) arising from wonder opens the door to deeper teachings on dharma and divine purpose.
The verse is transitional within the Dharmāraṇya account and does not directly glorify a named tīrtha.
No ritual is prescribed; the emphasis is on reflective inquiry leading to instruction.
