Skanda Purana — Brahma Khanda, Shloka 10

अंसोरुयुग्मे धर्मादीन्न्यस्य नाभौ च पार्श्वयोः । अधर्मादीननंतादीन्हृदि पीठे मनुं न्यसेत्

aṃsoruyugme dharmādīnnyasya nābhau ca pārśvayoḥ | adharmādīnanaṃtādīnhṛdi pīṭhe manuṃ nyaset

Auf das Paar von Schultern und Schenkeln, nachdem man Dharma und die Übrigen gesetzt hat; und am Nabel sowie an den Seiten, nachdem man Adharma und die Übrigen und Ananta und die Übrigen gesetzt hat—soll man das Mantra (manu) auf den Herzsitz (pīṭha) legen.
