ततो विदूरे मार्गस्य निषण्णा विवृतांजलिः । याचमाना मुहुः पांथान्बभाषे कृपणं वचः

Transliteration

tato vidūre mārgasya niṣaṇṇā vivṛtāṃjaliḥ | yācamānā muhuḥ pāṃthānbabhāṣe kṛpaṇaṃ vacaḥ

Translation

Darauf setzte sie sich in einiger Entfernung vom Weg nieder, die Hände geöffnet in flehender Bitte; immer wieder bettelte sie die Vorübergehenden an und sprach klägliche Worte.
