इति सा दृढनिर्बंधा वार्यमाणापि बंधुभिः । सत्यलोपभयान्नारी प्राणांस्त्यक्तुं मनो दधे

Transliteration

iti sā dṛḍhanirbaṃdhā vāryamāṇāpi baṃdhubhiḥ | satyalopabhayānnārī prāṇāṃstyaktuṃ mano dadhe

Translation

So blieb sie, obwohl von den Angehörigen zurückgehalten, fest in ihrem Entschluss. Aus Furcht, die Wahrheit zu verletzen, richtete die Frau ihren Sinn darauf, das eigene Leben hinzugeben.
