अनाथकृपणार्तेषु सघृणाः खलु साधवः । इत्थमभ्यर्थितः सोऽपि पुरुषादः स निर्घृणः
anāthakṛpaṇārteṣu saghṛṇāḥ khalu sādhavaḥ | itthamabhyarthitaḥ so'pi puruṣādaḥ sa nirghṛṇaḥ
Wahrlich, die Guten sind barmherzig gegenüber den Hilflosen, den Armen und den Bedrängten. Doch obwohl er so angefleht wurde, blieb er – ein Menschenfresser – gnadenlos.
