navakesarasaurabhyabaddharāgijanotsave | sadyaḥ korakitāśokatamālagahanāṃtare

Translation

—wo der frische Duft neuen, safrangleichen Blütenstaubs die Freude der Verliebten entfachte; und wo inmitten dichter Tamāla-Haine die Aśokas eben erst Knospen angesetzt hatten—
