Transliteration

śrīmārkaṇḍeya uvāca | etadvṛttāntamabhavattasmiṃstīrthe nṛpottama | etasmātkāraṇānmedhyaṃ tīrthametatsadā nṛpa

Translation

Śrī Mārkaṇḍeya sprach: „O bester der Könige, dieser ganze Vorfall ereignete sich an jenem Tīrtha. Aus diesem Grund, o König, ist diese heilige Furt stets rein und heiligt.“
