Scene: Īśvara addresses Nārada with calm certainty, granting assurance that all will happen by divine grace; a serene, luminous setting suggestive of a sacred riverbank hermitage.
Siddhi is ultimately grounded in divine grace; when the Lord is pleased, the devotee’s dharmic intent is fulfilled.
The promised tīrtha (sin-destroying and world-renowned) is affirmed; its details belong to the continuing Revā Khaṇḍa account.
None; it is a declaration of divine certainty and grace.
